Important News. ‘Visonic Wireless Intruder Alarm Systems’.

Dear Customer,

The manufacturer of the “Visonic” Wireless Intruder Alarm System have just notified us that they are no longer providing any spare parts for the version of equipment you have installed, ie they have ceased production on these parts, ie Window/Door Sensors / PIR’s, Panel, External Sounder etc.

Because of this “end of life” equipment, if you have an Annual Comprehensive Maintenance contract with us, we cannot now provide 100% of spare parts for your system, into the future as all replacement parts are not available.

We estimate we have in stock currently enough stock of Sensors, PIR’s , and Sounders to cover us for the next 6-9 months (based on last years usage)…but not control panels.

What this means for You: For customers that pay us an Annual Maintenance fee – You are still FULLY COVERED for servicing, free emergency callouts and labour time (during normal working hours), travel time and all replacement parts that are currently available to us, including battery changes.

Normal exclusions to the comprehensive cover still apply: i.e. damage by storm, fire, water, lightening (environmental conditions), accidental damage and vandalism, and afterhours emergency callouts, which were never covered under the Hall Alarms agreement, but are usually covered in your home insurance policy.

For customers that do not have Annual Maintenance with us – we will replace parts as long as we have them, and you pay “Time and Material” as normal

ANY customer getting replacement parts – we cannot offer 12 months warranty on these Visonic parts, as they will be gone from market within the 12 month period

When the time comes that our stock runs out, if you have a fault on your system we will still cover the emergency callout for free (within the maintenance terms above), but if the above part/s are out of stock, we will have to quote you the relevant option to get a working system for your premises. We will contact you and explain all options available, if / when the situation arises.
